French designer Frédérique Daubal caught the chance to exploit the gossip market with her 'I love
Gossip' T-shirt. "It's totally related to fashion and how much people in the business love gossiping,"
she explains. Daubal first produced a 'I love P.S.' T-shirt for Paul Smith, who she was worked with.
Feeling the need to carry on, she came up with the "I love something" idea. Gossip was an ironic
choice as Daubal claims she hates gossips and that she doesn't even wear her own T-shirt. The rest
of the collection, called Pièce à Conviction, is based on several concepts that give flat graphics a 3D
look through the mix of image, body and cloth. Included are dresses with digitally printed breasts and
belly buttons, knikers with fingersprints or wall cracks and T-shirts - lots of them - with hearts, hair,
